So what’s Blushing?
Facial Blushing is the reaction triggered by our potential humiliation and embarrassment, it can involve social anxiety feelings, such as fear of being the center of attention and self-consciousness.
This is a normal body response, the tiny blood vessels which carry blood to our skin allow more blood to flow beneath the surface of the skin and the face, ears, neck and, occasionally, the upper chest, becomes red in color.
The “Red-Face” problem tends to get worse at first as people start to get embarrassed about their embarrassment, creating a sort of vicious circle.
Blushing can cause severe embarrassment and frustration to anyone who experiences it regularly and it can often lead to social phobia or other anxiety disorders.
Blushing could be a sign of some deep-rooted problem in your mind, which does not let you keep your most private feelings inside.
